Overview:
The independent short film "Dark in Berlin" utilized Unreal Engine to create dynamic, interactive environments for capture in an LED volume, achieving a photoreal portrayal of Berlin without any on-location shooting. This 15-minute film relied entirely on virtual production techniques. As part of All of It Now, our team was responsible for crafting the virtual environments and digital characters, ensuring a seamless and immersive cinematic experience.
My Contribution:

Designed and created background dancing crowd characters using Character Creator.

Cleaned up motion capture data from Xsens, retargeting animations to 3D characters in Unreal Engine.

Converted skeleton animations into Vertex Animations in Unreal Engine for optimized performance.
